At Avenstra, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and ensuring client satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. Services Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services (including design, development, marketing, social media management, and e-commerce solutions), all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Project Cancellation

If cancellation occurs after the project has begun, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed.

If a project is canceled before work has started, a full refund may be issued.

3. Revisions and Satisfaction

We strive to ensure client satisfaction:

Clients are entitled to revisions as agreed upon in the project scope.

Refunds will not be issued once the agreed deliverables have been completed and approved.

4. Subscription-Based Services

For ongoing services (such as marketing or social media management):

Clients may cancel future billing at any time.

No refunds will be issued for services already delivered within the billing cycle.

5. E-commerce & Digital Products

If applicable:

Any issues with access or functionality will be addressed promptly.

Digital products or downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in rare cases where:

Avenstra is unable to deliver the agreed service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
